Available from this Friday 4th March, Pok�mon TM Black Version and Pok�mon TM White Version will not only reveal a large variety of new Pok�mon to befriend and train, but will also reveal new ways to communicate with fellow Pok�mon Trainers from all over the world via the Pok�mon Global Link!
Starting with your choice of Snivy, a Grass-type Pok�monTM, Tepig, a Fire-type Pok�monTM, and Oshawott, a Water-type Pok�monTM- players will be able to train up and evolve their chosen Pok�mon into powerful new Pok�mon. There are many ways to evolve Pok�mon including levelling up, using certain special items, and by trading a Pok�mon with a friend.
Successfully evolve Tepig into Pignite, evolve Snivy to unleash Servine or try and evolve Oshawott into Dewott. New to Pok�mon Black Version and Pok�mon White Version are moves that create special effects when combined in battle. Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, and their evolutions can learn Grass Pledge, Fire Pledge, and Water Pledge respectively. These moves can be used simultaneously in Double Battles and Triple Battles to create powerful combined moves.
Featuring more than 150 never-before-seen- Pok�mon, in both Pok�mon Black Version and Pok�mon White Version, you will be able to train your Pok�mon with the ultimate goal of taking on the Elite Four and battling on to becoming the Unova Champion! Thanks to the all-new connectivity features, you will be able to hone your fighting skills via the Random Matchup mode, using the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
The Pok�mon Global Link web site, launching this spring will give players the ability to sync their game play from their Nintendo DSTM systems to PCs via the Internet, and access customisable web-only content, befriend additional Pok�mon, communicate with fellow Pok�mon Trainers, earn and view Worldwide Battle Ratings, and more. Pok�mon Global Link offers a seamless play experience across both platforms�activities players enjoy online will be reflected in their Nintendo DS games. Pok�mon Global Link features three main components that enhance the Pok�mon video game experience online. The Pok�mon Dream World features all-new ways to interact with Pok�mon in a customisable web-only setting, featuring mini games that enable Pok�mon and items to be transferred back into the Pok�mon Black Version or Pok�mon White Version video game. The Global Battle Union allows players to keep track of their battle record against other players around the world and provides players with a Worldwide Rating.
