Fixed problems with adding new reviews
Thanks to a couple of user reports, I have managed to fix an error that did not let new reviewers get past the Bias survey and actually add a review! Sorry to anyone who wanted to add a review and had no luck. Please try again!!! Any more problems just let me know!
