Merscom Releases Remedy Online

Merscom’s fifth top-10 title in 2008

CHAPEL HILL, NC ? April 14, 2008 ? Merscom announced today it is the online publisher of Remedy, the popular adventure game developed by MDNA Games. Released over the weekend on a major casual game portal, Remedy has already risen to number 7; this follows on Merscom’s success with Blood Ties, Ghost in the Sheet, East Side Story and My Farm, all of which were launched earlier this year and reached the top-10 on major casual game sites. Merscom is also publishing Remedy at retail in Germany and Russia .

Remedy is the first in the popular Carol Reed adventure series, Join Carol, a young English woman, on her long vacation in Sweden . While there, she finds out that her detective friend has passed away. Through a letter, she learns that he was working on a complex case at the time of his death. Eager to help her friend solve his final case, Carol finds herself wrapped up in a mystery without really knowing where to begin, in a country full of strangers…
