WHAT:
Konami has launched the Silent Hill® Homecoming widget, allowing fans of the horror franchise up-to-the-minute information on the next chapter in the series. The Silent Hill Homecoming widget is an interactive book where users flip through pages of screenshots, videos and recent news. In addition, the widget will include regularly updated journal entries of Alex Shepherd, Elle Holloway and Sheriff Wheeler. Now available for download, the Silent Hill Homecoming widget can be added to Facebook, MySpace, iGoogle, and personal homepages.

The Silent Hill Homecoming widget will be live on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 10:00am PDT.

Silent Hill Homecoming follows Alex Shepherd to his hometown of Shepherd's Glen to investigate the mysterious disappearance of his brother.
