Pre-owned PS2 games going down in price @ GAME

GAME will be no longer stocking and taking in PS2 games soon and because of this all PS2 games currently 3 for £10 will be going down to 3 for £5. I assume a similar drop will occur with the 3 for £20 games.

If you were planning on buying any PS2 games I suggest you wait until Tuesday for some potential bargains.
(Would like to know if Square Enix will announce a release date for Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories)

Hmmmm....may need to get me a second hand PS2 thanks to that news. Got a lot of old faves on the system that I'm pretty sure I'd be able to snap up.

I still buy PS2 games mostly RPG games. KH RE:Chain of Memories is the only PS2 game I'm looking for, but if there getting rid of PS2 games in GAME I may as well try and pick either Persona 3 or 4 because I heard they were really good but I never played the Persona series. Or if not try and pick Silent Hill 4 or Project Zero series.

Actually gonna put a PS2 and all the old Silent Hill's on my Christmas list this year

It's a shame as I never got around to playing anymore games after the second Ratchet and Clank or Kingdom Hearts 2

Anyone got any recommendations of old PS2 games to snap up for cheap tomorrow and take advantage of this price drop?

It depends on whats games you've played.

But for PS2 I would recommend Final Fantasy 10, Devil May Cry series, Kingdom Hearts 1 (If you havn't played it), Star Ocean til the End of Time, Okami and Klonoa 2?

Back in the day (and even to this day) it was mainly platformers and RPGs that really shone out for me.

Loved FF 10 and would love to get through 12 and never completed KH1 due to said breakages

Playing through Okami on the Wii at the moment and loving it and I've only really started hearing about Star Ocean which I may have to look into further.

I wish I could find ICO anywhere at a decent price but I cannot. I will also have to find the original Yakuza. Yakuza 2 is soo damn good.

I would suggest picking up Beyond Good & Evil if you can find it. It's a fairly rare game now, but it's one of the best games I've ever played, and I've played a lot!
