This December, Yet Another Review Site will be five years old. In preparation for any celebrations we at YARS Towers may have, we have been doing some pretty cool (we think) updates to the site.
So what’s new?
Well, for starters registration is a much simpler affair. The old form was massive! Now we just need a username, password and your real name for you to get started.
What does registration now get you?
Well, we have always accepted reviews from registered members for consideration and publishing on the site.
Now, we are accepting articles as well. Any registered member can submit us an article and an editor will take a look. If we like it, it will get included on the site.
You can also add comments and user scores to other peoples reviews.
Achievements
Love them or hate them, achievements are all over the place in gaming. Well, you can earn them on YARS now. You can get them by having reviews and articles published on the site as well as getting them direct from the editors. There are about 20 to collect at the moment, but we are adding more every day!
